This guide provides information and guidance on the electronic procedures conducted by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) Cosmetic Products Department for cosmetic product registration, company information updates, product notifications, notifications of products containing nanomaterials, "Cosmetic Product Export Certificate" applications for domestically produced cosmetic products, study and research applications, and other related transactions.

Scope of the Guidelines:

• These guidelines are intended for responsible persons who place cosmetic products on the market.

• They apply to manufacturers and importers within the scope of the definition of a responsible person as stated in Article 4 of the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
